Community Outreach & Resource Advocacy (CORA), Community Resource Center, and Samaritan House

The Office of Racial Equity & Community Inclusion (ORECI) facilitates regular trainings and creates tangible progress and organizational development to advance racial justice at CVOEO. ORECI engages in initiatives statewide to influence policy and advance racial justice, including through the Community Ambassadors Program where multi-lingual and trusted New American community members provide a wide range of services including interpretation and translation, responding to hotline calls for referrals to CVOEO programs, facilitation of resource navigation gatherings, and leading special projects from partner organizations upon request.
