CVOEO Weatherization provides services to income-qualified households at no charge.
You can qualify for the service if your gross income falls below these guidelines:

If you or a member of your household has received Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) in the last 12 months, generally you will qualify for services.
If your income is close or if you are not sure if you might qualify, call us at 1-800-545-1084.
If you rent, we'll work with your property owner to bring you the benefits of the program at little or no cost to him or her.
