2024 In Their Shoes

The 2024 In Their Shoes event was held Saturday, May 18. Approximately 75 community members attended the event and over $17,000 was raised to support community members in need, surpassing the event's ambitious $15,000 goal.

In Their Shoes serves as a critical fundraiser for local emergency service and food providers and aims to educate the community about homelessness in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties by offering an opportunity to learn about the daily challenges that our unhoused neighbors encounter. Participants were provided with a guided tour around St. Albans by CVOEO staff members who shared information about what it means to experience homelessness in our community.
