Commercial leases can be confusing to navigate and hard to write, and yet it is important for both a commercial landlord and a tenant to have one in order to have a productive working relationship. In this webinar, Vermont Law and Graduate School Professor Nicole Killoran, and a panel of students, will break down some common parts of commercial leases, look at how different language in a lease might play out in a landlord-tenant relationship, and explore how to effectively negotiate a commercial lease.
