Business Law Basics

The Micro Business Development Program at CVOEO welcomes Jeff Wick, Attorney at Law from Wick and Maddocks, who will discuss what you need to know when it comes to business law as a small business owner. He will review the difference between sole proprietorships and LLCs, provide tips on separating your self from your business, and identify what should be considered when reviewing a lease or developing a contract. There will be plenty of time for your questions as well!
