Stewardship Specialist

 

 As the largest direct service emergency food provider in Vermont, Feeding Chittenden serves over 12,000 people each year. The Stewardship Specialist will help build the philanthropy team’s capacity by managing the donor stewardship component of the philanthropy goals including conducting donor communications, mailings and reporting. Our Stewardship Specialist will also ensure organization communication is accurate and widespread through our online presence via our website and social media outlets; promote donor retention and engagement; and assist in seeking grant opportunities for Feeding Chittenden.  To learn more about this position, please view our job description:  Stewardship Specialist

 

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for mobilizing support for hunger relief. If you have a Bachelor Degree in in communications or related field; familiarity with services of other community social services and their eligibility requirements; strong organizational skills; basic administrative and supervisory skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills required - bilingual abilities are a plus; and the ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with the public, staff, and volunteers.

Access Coordinator

 

As the largest direct service emergency food provider in Vermont, Feeding Chittenden serves over 12,000 people each year. The Access Coordinator will coordinate activities in the Food Access Center, organizing groceries and packaged foods, to be prepared for delivery through on site methods and delivery; work with the Warehouse Coordinator to inventory food and with Distribution Coordinator to upload pre-order system; coordinate administrative duties that measure programmatic progress and outcomes with online ordering; oversee pre-orders and supervise volunteers to assist in preparing orders.  To learn more about this position, please view our job description  Access Coordinator
